Need more closet space but not sure how to go about it yourself? Let Nick Broccolo from Renovision Properties show you how to frame a closet and add more storage space to your home. Nick is a licensed general contractor with over 20 years of construction experience. The workshop will focus on basic framing concepts, proper load distribution and how to determine if a wall is load bearing (before you tear it down!).
Renovision completed 4 historic renovations in 2014 and they were awarded the Neighborhood Conservation Award from Preservation Durham.
