Renovators Network is a series of classes and workshops that cover all things historic houses including a hands-on, DIY approach for issues such as plaster repair, wood window maintenance, and historic house hunting.
Are you old house hunting or shopping for a fixer-upper? How do you find an agent who understands your old house dreams? How do you avoid breaking the bank with the fixer-upper of your dreams? Our presenters can help you find the right house, identify major rehab areas and learn more about renovation loans for fixer-uppers.
Charles Lee, an experienced real estate broker with Inhabit Real Estate LLC, will talk about renovations from the buyer perspective, and how the right agent is key when considering undertaking a rehab project. Stephen Hren of Bulls Eye Inspections will help attendees identify potential red flags while house hunting and Rafael Latimer, renovation lender at HomeBridge Financial Services Inc., will provide attendees options about renovation loans for the purchase and rehabilitation of historic houses.
This event is free and open to the public, however, please consider a minimum $10 donation.
