Eligibility Building

Tuesday, August 6th, 2013
5-7 pm
300 E. Main St.

Designed by Milburn & Heister as a Freemasons Lodge in 1924, the building was acquired by Durham County during the Great Depression and housed the Public Health Department until it was shuttered in 1992.  It was included on our Places in Peril list in 2011. The ground floor has recently been renovated for use as an event space.  We will tour the new renovations as well as the un-renovated, AMAZING spaces on the second and third floors.

This is a unique opportunity to get inside a building that has been closed to the public for over 20 years! Tours will run on the half hour. Click here or call 919-682-3036 to sign up. Space is limited, so reserve your spot now!
