RESALE SERVICE |
| The Endangered Properties
Program offers, in part as incentive to prospective buyers, a free service
to those re-selling houses with HPSD historic covenants attached.
Because HPSD has an interest in helping keep good owners in houses which
have been through the program, it will help market these houses by including
them on the web site, in newsletters, and in other promotions of Endangered
Properties.
Contacts, showings, and negotiations will be handled by the owners rather than HPSD, so please use separate contact information provided when inquiring about such properties. |

All restorations were carried out according
to the HPSD historic covenants and also followed the directives required
for state historic tax credits.
Among the many wonderful features in the house are the oak and heart pine floors all professionally refinished in May, 2003. |

Living in an historic home does not mean living
without modern amenities. Two new high-efficiency HVAC units have
been installed to provide gas forced air heat and central air to the upstairs
and downstairs separately.
The kitchen has also been completely redone with new cabinets and counter tops surrounding a period cast iron sink. The adjacent butler's pantry contains these shelves which probably date to the 1920's or before. |
